2021-2022 ESP Registration Packets must be completed and returned by Friday, August 6th. Registration can be picked up at the school, the Franklin County Board of Education, or downloaded (documents can be found at the bottom of this web page). The completed registration documents may be returned to the school or the Franklin County Board of Education. The annual $15 registration fee can be paid with payment for the first week of child care service on the first day your child attends ESP. If at least 12 children are registered to attend on a daily basis for an ESP site, the site will open and remain open as long as the attendance of at least 12 are maintained daily. Site Directors will notify parents on Friday if the ESP site will open. The first day of school is an abbreviated day, 8:00 - 9:30 AM. Open ESP site hours of operation for the first day is 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
